Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys

We planned to dive at Key Largo the next morning, but motels in Florida City are less expensive. This motel had clean facilities, very helpful staff, & in a good area. the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with a good bed, air conditioning,, fridge, microwave, even iron and ironing table. The shower/bathtub may look a bit dated but it was clean and fully functional, also basic toiletries are offered. Breakfast was limited but good, offering a reasonable assortment of bread, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, coffee and drinks that may fit most tastes. The location also has several restaurants at a walking distance and many more just 5 to 10 minutes driving. However, kudos to the hotel's staff, because they have a great, professional ,friendly and positive attitude, always willing to help customers to make their stay as pleasant as possible. I'm posting a couple of the two associates who took care of us and our group, during most of our stay, because they really deserve praise for their good customer service.

I love the place. The location and the staff.
